Accounts

Purchases and access
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access the materials for personal, non-commercial study for at least 24 months.
Refunds
We consider refund requests within 14 days of purchase if the course does not match its description and less than 20% has been completed. We may request proof of progress to evaluate eligibility.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, redistribute, or publicly share course materials, circumvent access controls, or engage in unlawful or abusive behavior on the platform.
Intellectual property
All course content, text, and brand assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Tapath Atelier retains all rights not expressly granted.
Disclaimers
We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Your results depend on your practice and business context.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tapath Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
